Yachtcharter Sardinia
The sea and the coast, the islands and islets between Sardinia and Corsica are some of the most beautiful that the Mediterranean has to offer. The only thing that can be a problem here in high summer is the confused swell caused by the many motorboats and the very high prices in the marinas. Porto Cervo is the Mecca of the super-rich and sailing regattas at their finest, organized by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. Otherwise, pure splendor reigns, bright anchor bays are framed by light brown granite blocks. You won't want to leave here. The best thing about this area is that you don't have to sail long distances. You can if you want to.
For the La Maddalena nature reserve, which should not be missed on any Sardinia cruise, a fee-based registration is required in advance, which can be registered via us / our local partners approx. 10 days before your stay. Please note a current official instruction dated 06.08.2024, which states: “Anchoring/berthing is prohibited in the entire marine area of the National Park of the Archipelago of La Maddalena from 21.00 to 8.00 for all pleasure craft, including pleasure craft engaged in rental, leasing, occasional rental, sailing schools, diving and snorkeling activities”; the penalty is from 596 euros”.
It is therefore absolutely forbidden to stay in the national park at night, you should go to the marina or outside the park.
However, there are plenty of beautiful anchorages and buoy spots for overnight stays around Sardinia - here are a few examples: Cala di Volpe, Golfo del Pevero, Liscia di Vacca, Baia Sardinia, Baia Saline, Porto Raphael free mooring, Porto Pollo, Porto Liscia
The area is therefore still an absolute recommendation.
