Wir hatten einen Super Törn in der Karibik! Beim Schnorcheln in den Tobago-Cays mit der Familie, frischgefangenem Hummer auf dem BBQ am Strand und viel Sonne wird man gerne 60! Es war wirklich herrlich. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung und beim „Beruhigen“ meiner Sicherheitsbedenken. Vorsicht ist sicher geboten dort, aber es ging alles wunderbar. Anbei unser Feedback-Bogen, entsprechend positiv. Und Jean-Marc ist wirklich super. Sehr freundlich, kompetent, höflich, informativ… ich freue mich, ihn im Dezember wiederzusehen bei der Rückführung der Brandice.

Options: Endcleaning Monohull: €230; Catamarans up to 40 ft €230; up to 45 ft €260, 46'-49' €300, (security for the final cleaning costs to be deposited on spot), Skipper €200/day+prov., cook/steward/deckhand €170/day+prov (1 week equals 8 days), kayak/SUP €80/week (deposit €200), charcoal BBQ €40/week, full board 1-4 guests €45/person/night, more than 4 guests €40/person/night. Extra snorkeling equipment €15/set. Crew change during charter €200 (includes administration fees, change of linen/towels, 1 night at the VPM pontoon, does not include cleaning). Extra set linen/towels €15/person. All extras, except for the cleaning, are to be booked and paid with final payment of the charter.

Extras: Sint Maarten: Transitlog USD 400 / week, payable on spot, includes clearance, bridge in/out, governmental harbour and anchoring fees.

Minimum charter: 7 nights (over Christmas and New Year: 10 nights)

Discounts: 2 Weeks: 5%, 3 weeks: 10%, 4 weeks and more: 15%, Repeater: 5%, boat show: 5%, Group discount 5 yachts and more 5% (on top of long-term discounts only 3 discounts can be cumulated).

Deposit / franchise: To be paid at embarkation with: Visa – Mastercard or cash.
Clients using credit card: please contact your bank and let them know about the transaction, should deposit with card be refused at embarkation clients will be obliged to sign the non refundable damage waiver. For charters longer than 2 weeks the deposit has to be transfered to our account prior dearture or be deposited in cash on spot.

Damage waiver: Up to 43' €35/day (minimum €245/charter) + remaining deposit of €650, from 44' €45/day (minimum €315/charter) + remaining deposit of €850, to be paid at base. (If applicable, SPI/blister and lost items are not covered by this insurance). Mandatory for charter with skipper. The deposit settlement must be completed with the booking confirmation and is not bookable on site.

Check-In/Check-Out: Daily 18:00 / 10:00. The rental starts at 18:00, but the check-in and technical briefing will not take place until the following morning. No departure from the base in the evening of the arrival day. The yacht is to be returned refuelled. (Surcharge for unrefuelled return, diesel cost + €100).

Race Conditions: A minimum charter period of 10 days is required, only long term discounts are applicable, no special discounts. Extra race costs: Race Regatta Package & Surcharge (including: briefing, preparation gauging of sails, registration, technical assistance during race: Saint Martin Heineken Regatta: €2500 up to 42' €2600 up to 50', €2700 '51 and larger
Race deposit: VPM requires a special race deposit (double than the normal bookings rate) which must be sent to the central office before departure. The special race deposit will be applicable during the regatta period. No damage waver and do credit card accepted.
