Program Cocktail Grenadines from St.Lucia: Day 1, Sunday
Arrival in the international airport of St. Lucia and transfer to Marigot Bay, maybe the most beautiful with palm trees surrounded bays in the whole Caribbean.  Here was filmed the movie “Dr. Dolittle” in 1966. You will be greeted with a welcome drink and after a quick briefing by the skipper you may already move into your cabin. Overnight stay on board.

Day 2, Monday
After the breakfast, you have time to run some errands, before you will head south along the coast line.
You will then anchor in front of the Pitons, the emblem of St. Lucia., and visit the small place Soufrière.
If you like, you may take the time for a round trip, or a walk to the volcano craters.

Day 3, Tuesday
Today you can relax, and spend time on board. Your skipper would also be pleased to show you the art of sailing and navigating. On the 50 nautical miles sail to the previous whaling island Bequia – pronounced “Beck-wej” you will see various bays of St. Vincent as well as views comparable to the rain forest. In the Admiralty Bay you will meet very friendly natives and you can visit their bars, restaurants shops, as well as a small market. After a day of sailing, you can relax in this picturesque scenery while enjoying dinner on board. As u like, u may then further relax having a drink on the beach.

Day 4, Wednesday
After breakfast you leave the common life of the fishers, boat builders and whaling descendants, to sail a few miles further to Petit Nevis. Here You find the leftovers  of the whale handling, and lie nicely at anchor for some time. In the afternoon you arrive the small dream bay “Salt Whistle Bay” on Mayreau. Between palm trees you can find a few exclusive hovels, and after dinner you are welcome to spend time in a beautiful bar which is totally built out of stone. Here a hint: A 30 minute walk to the small chapel on the hill will lead you to a breathtaking sunset.

Day 5, Thursday
From the prominent island Mayreau you will sail 25 nautical miles further to Palm Island. The American Coconut-John leased this island in the 60`s, planted coconut palm trees and step by step built a paradisiacal hotel resort onto this small dream island. Four nautical miles away, you will anchor between four abandoned islands. The Tobago Cays which are unoccupied and reachable merely by boat, can be seen by sailors only. The turquoise colored water in the almost circular „horse shoe reef“  is simply staggering. The afternoon and forenoon are therefore dedicated to amazement, snorkeling at the reef, small walks on the beach or as u like, sweet idleness. So called „boatsboys“ from the neighboring islands will offer you freshly caught spiny lobster, which against a fee, can be concocted directly on the beach.

Day 6, Friday
After a further relaxing morning, and the daily breakfast you will head back in the northern direction to the private island Mustique. The just about 5 square kilometer large island lies in the hands of the international Jet set. David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Raquel Welch and Tommy Hilfiger enjoy the Robinson life here for a couple of days per year. For the sailors, the legendary and collective, meeting point of the island remains, the Basils Bar. We, as sailing - crusaders, may relax a little in the VIP-Ambiente of the bar here.

Day 7, Saturday
From Mustique we hoist the anchor towards Bequia, into the Friendship Bay. Here we can enjoy the „hangout“ on the beach for a short moment, or jump once more into the Caribbean waters – directly from board. Another hint : the coconut crisps taste just incredible with a drink. We shall leave The northernmost Grenadine island after lunch, to reach the 10 nautical miles afar Blue Lagoon of St. Vincent. The rather small marina is the piece of jewelry of the besides quite simple island.  Caution: The night might not get very long in the bar of the marina.

Day 8, Sunday
Right in the early morning we start to sail, and continue to do so for the whole day towards the north. Finally we will arrive in the southernmost part of St. Lucia.  Transfer to the airport or hotel.
Dates Cocktail Grenadines from St. Lucia: Weekly departure on Sunday.
